Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality products efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring the timely completion of manufacturing orders while maintaining safety and quality standards. Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred, and a strong work ethic is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and finish products according to specifications.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal operation.
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects, making necessary corrections.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times during machine operation.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Report any machine malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

Skills

Proven experience operating industrial sewing machines in a manufacturing setting.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
Ability to read and interpret production specifications and patterns.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of safety procedures related to machinery operation.
