Bear Mountain Dental is a brand-new dental clinic opening in the vibrant and growing Bear Mountain community. We are seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) who is passionate about patient care and excited to join a modern practice built around teamwork, positivity, and clinical excellence.

Our clinic has been thoughtfully designed to provide an exceptional experience for both patients and team members. Featuring state-of-the-art technology, modern equipment, and beautifully designed treatment spaces, Bear Mountain Dental offers a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment where patients feel at ease and team members can thrive.

Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments
Ensure compliance with infection prevention and sterilization protocols
Take dental radiographs and digital scans as required
Educate patients on oral health and post-operative care
Maintain accurate patient records and charting
Support a seamless and positive patient experience
Collaborate effectively with the entire dental team
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Licensed Dental Assistant in good standing with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP)
Surgical experience and sedation certification is a strong asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
