Full job description

Café Staff (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, welcoming, and professional customer service to every guest.
Greet customers, take orders accurately, process payments, and operate the POS/cash register.
Prepare food and beverages according to OOMOMO Café recipes, quality standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Assist with food preparation, cooking, portioning, plating, and other kitchen duties.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in both the front-of-house and kitchen areas.
Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and record-keeping when required.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to provide an excellent customer experience.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, food service, cashier, or kitchen operations is an asset.
A valid Food Handler Certificate is preferred.
Friendly, positive, and energetic with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
Flexible to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail.
