Full job description

Patient Care Coordinator (Maternity Leave Contract)
Kingston, ON

We are a medical aesthetics and wellness clinic led by a Nurse Practitioner. We are seeking a motivated and professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team for a 12-month maternity leave position (with potential for extension depending on clinic needs).

This role goes beyond traditional administration. We are looking for someone who can deliver an exceptional client experience while also contributing to the growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries
Book appointments and manage scheduling
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Provide a high-level, client-focused front desk experience
Support clinic operations and assist with administrative tasks
Assist with social media and marketing initiatives
Help convert inquiries into bookings and support client retention

Qualifications

Previous administrative or customer service experience (medical office experience is an asset, but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport
Sales experience or confidence recommending services is strongly preferred
Interest in health, wellness, or aesthetics
Experience with Canva or social media is an asset
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently

We are willing to train the right candidate on administrative tasks. We are primarily looking for someone with strong people skills, a positive and professional presence, and the ability to contribute to the growth of the practice.
