Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and professional Supervisor and Banquet Servers to provide exceptional guest services at our Oakville event venue. The ideal candidate must have great personality, be reliable and committed to deliver exceptional customer service. Duties

Serve food and beverages to guests during banquets, events, and special functions with attention to detail and professionalism
Set up banquet tables according to event specifications, including arranging tableware, linens, and centerpieces
Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards
Replenish supplies and clear tables promptly to maintain a clean dining environment
Provide attentive guest services by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring guest satisfaction
Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to coordinate service flow and meet event timelines
Follow all food handling and safety procedures to ensure guest health and safety
Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance throughout shifts

Qualifications

Previous experience preferred; hospitality or hotel experience is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage professionally with guests
Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and serving techniques
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes as needed
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during special events as required
A friendly demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction
