What You’ll Do

Own the flow of small digital projects — like alupanel signs, digital print, and coroplasts — from start to finish.
Schedule and track service calls, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Perform Work Order audits to ensure projects are install-ready.
Coordinate with install and digital teams to keep timelines tight and efficient.
Conduct basic site assessments (yes, you might use a tape measure from time to time!).
Help support on-site safety by reviewing PPE and ensuring compliance.
Serve as a central hub, connecting dots across departments to keep jobs moving.

You'll handle one-offs — no complex, multi step projects, site surveys, or permits. Just fast, efficient, customer-ready work.

Someone with a customer-first mindset – You love making people feel taken care of.
You don't mind heading out for a Drive! You have a drivers license, Vehicle and Clean driving record (don't worry, off site visits are covered by us!)
A doer – You’re tenacious, resourceful, and ready to take action without being asked twice.

Someone excited to be hands-on – You're not afraid to go onsite and help get things done.
