Are you a hands-on individual with a keen eye for detail?

Join our dynamic team as a Shop Laborer at Next Compression We're seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to contribute to our operations in Calgary.

What You'll Do:

Daily duties of general shop clean up to ensure safe work environment.
Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required for specific tasks.
Operate forklift & material handling duties.
Provide assistance in hydro testing operations.
Support process piping and vessel fabrication activities as required.
Contribute to general assembly duties as required.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the position.

What We're Looking For:

A Can-Do Attitude: A willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks.
Safety First: A commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and precision.
Team Player: The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Basic Tool Operation: Familiarity with common workshop tools and equipment, including grinders, cutters, tape measure, hammer, and punch, framing square, plumb bob, etc.
Physical Ability: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Previous experience in a FAB or Assembly shop
