Site Manager – Residential/Commercial Painting
Location: Toronto, ON

Position Summary:
We need a Job Site Lead with strong leadership and communication skills to manage residential and commercial painting crews. This hands-on role involves supervising teams, client relations, and ensuring quality results.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage painting crews on residential and commercial job sites
Communicate professionally with clients and send project updates via email
Teach and mentor painters to improve skills and efficiency
Ensure all painting work meets company standards for quality and safety
Carry and manage painting equipment and materials on site

Requirements:

At least 3 years of residential painting experience
Comfortable working on ladders up to 32 ft (occasional use of 40 ft ladders and lifts)
Strong leadership and ability to train others
Excellent communication skills, including email proficiency
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
Availability for some weekend work and occasional late shifts

Bonus Skills:

Experience with spray finishes (HVLP or airless)
Drywall or plaster repair skills
Operation of lifts (boom or scissor)
Knowledge of Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams paint products

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting wage: $27–$32/hr based on experience and performance
Performance bonuses available
Full-time, 40 hours/week, with extra hours possible
All tools and materials supplied by the company
Respectful management—no yelling or belittling
Work only within Toronto city limits—no long-distance travel
