Learn From Rare Old-School True Craftsmanship

This position offers direct mentorship under a true craftsman whose knowledge was built through decades of hands-on experience, problem-solving, and mastery of the trade.

You will be learning from a rare old-school craftsman whose skill set goes far beyond what is taught in schools, standard apprenticeship programs, or machine-driven fabrication shops.

This is true craftsmanship — the kind developed through years of working on high-end projects where precision, foresight, communication, and attention to detail separate average work from exceptional work.

You will learn:

High-end installation techniques
Advanced templating and layout planning
Precision vein matching and seamless flow
Luxury fireplace and full-height feature installations
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving methods
Project sequencing and coordination with multiple trades
Clean finishing techniques that create true “million-dollar” results
How to anticipate issues before they happen and solve problems proactively

A true craftsman does not simply install stone — he understands the entire project from start to finish and sees details others miss.

Many of the skills, instincts, and techniques taught in this role cannot be replaced by machinery, automation, or formal schooling.

We are a high-end stone fabrication company specializing in luxury residential and commercial projects involving natural stone, quartz, porcelain, sintered stone, and custom architectural fabrication.
We build premium kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, feature walls, and custom stone projects where precision matters. We are not looking for people who simply want a paycheck.

Available Career Paths

1. Principal Stone Fabricator -Custom Projects Apprenticeship
Train directly under our Lead Fabricator and learn mitred edge fabrication, seam preparation & polishing, CNC workflows, slab handling, large-format porcelain fabrication, tooling & machinery operation, and precision finishing techniques.

2. Lead Installation Artisan-Custom Projects Apprenticeship
Train directly under our Lead Installer and learn high-end countertop installation, site preparation & layouts, precision seam work, digital measuring systems, client communication, jobsite troubleshooting, and project management software workflows.
