Surface Diamond Driller – $42/hr + Meter Bonuses

$42.00/hour | Meter Bonuses Paid Every Pay Cheque | Paid Travel | Camp Work |

We are hiring experienced Surface Diamond Drillers to join our team. This is a great opportunity for motivated drillers seeking competitive pay, industry-leading bonuses, and steady year-round work.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will safely operate and maintain surface diamond drill rigs and related equipment in a production-focused environment. This role involves working as part of a drilling crew to ensure efficient, safe, and consistent drilling performance while maintaining equipment, following procedures, and supporting overall production targets.

What Full Force Offers

Compensation

$42.00 per hour
Overtime paid after 8 hours
Competitive meter bonuses paid on every pay cheque
Annual retention bonus paid before Christmas
Additional retention bonuses on select projects
Double meter bonus rates on designated projects when milestones are achieved

28 days on / 14 days off rotation
Minimum 12-hour day and night shifts
Paid travel days
Flights, accommodations, and meals provided

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain surface diamond drill rigs and related equipment
Complete pre-shift drill inspections and perform routine maintenance as needed
Monitor drilling conditions and adjust drilling parameters when necessary to optimize performance
Complete daily drilling reports and paperwork
Train and mentor helpers as required
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards during all drilling activities
Report equipment issues and operational concerns to supervisors

Requirements

Experience

Minimum 5 years of surface diamond drilling experience

Qualifications

Must be a Canadian resident
Current First Aid certification required before starting on site
Valid Canadian driver's license is an asset

Skills

Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to work day and night shifts on a rotational schedule
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work safely in remote camp environments
