Nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire des médias sociaux passionné(e) pour piloter la stratégie et la performance de notre présence sur les plateformes sociales.

Ce rôle clé combine vision stratégique et exécution concrète afin de développer notre audience, maximiser l'engagement et générer un impact commercial mesurable. Vous serez le/la propriétaire des canaux sociaux, garantissant la cohérence de la marque tout en produisant du contenu performant — tant organique que payant — adapté à chaque plateforme. Vous aurez un impact direct sur la croissance de la marque et ses revenus, en transformant les tendances, le contenu et les investissements médias en résultats concrets et mesurables.

Responsabilités principales

Stratégie & planification

Définir et piloter la stratégie globale des médias sociaux (organique et payante)
Élaborer et gérer les plans de contenu mensuels et trimestriels
Superviser le calendrier éditorial et assurer une exécution rigoureuse
Planifier les lancements, promotions et campagnes clés
Suivre les tendances, algorithmes et concurrents

Création de contenu & production

Diriger la création de contenu (Reels, TikTok, carrousels, stories, visuels)
Planifier et exécuter les tournages
Produire du contenu (captation, montage, rédaction)
Assurer la cohérence visuelle et éditoriale
Maintenir une cadence de publication élevée

Médias sociaux payants

Développer la stratégie de médias sociaux payants (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Développer des concepts créatifs performants pour les campagnes payantes
Piloter l'exécution et l'optimisation des campagnes payantes, en gérant directement les budgets et performances
Analyser la performance des campagnes (ROAS, conversions, CPA) et recommander des améliorations

Gestion de communauté

Gérer les interactions (messages, commentaires, demandes clients)
Suivre le sentiment de marque et gérer les situations sensibles
Définir les standards de ton et de délais de réponse

Influence & partenariats

Identifier et gérer les relations avec les influenceurs
Définir les briefs créatifs
Coordonner les livrables et échéanciers
Suivre et optimiser la performance des collaborations

Collaboration & gestion externe

Agir comme point de contact avec les agences, influenceurs, etc.
Collaborer avec les équipes marketing, e-commerce et produit
Assurer l'alignement entre contenu organique et campagnes payantes

Performance & analyse

Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPIs)
Analyser les performances et formuler des recommandations
Suivre le trafic, les conversions et les revenus issus des médias sociaux
Optimiser en continu les stratégies (organique et payant)

Gouvernance & image de marque

Maintenir les lignes directrices de marque
Assurer la cohérence des contenus
Approuver les contenus avant publication

Profil recherché

3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion des médias sociaux
Expérience avec les campagnes payantes sur les plateformes sociales (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Expérience démontrée en croissance d'audience et engagement
Excellentes compétences en création de contenu (vidéo et rédaction)
Bonne maîtrise des outils analytiques
Esprit analytique et orienté performance
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et collaboratives
Capacité à allier stratégie et exécution

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, performance, and overall presence of our brands across social platforms.

Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce, this role plays a critical part in driving brand growth through both organic and paid social initiatives. It combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to grow audiences, increase engagement, and deliver measurable business impact.

As the owner of our social channels, you will ensure brand consistency while creating high-performing, platform-native content aligned with business objectives. You will play a critical role in driving brand growth and revenue by turning content, culture, and media investment into measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Own and lead the overall social media strategy (organic and paid)
Build and manage monthly and quarterly content plans
Oversee the editorial calendar and execution
Plan launches, campaigns, and key initiatives
Monitor trends, algorithms, and competitors

Content Creation & Production

Lead end-to-end content creation (Reels, TikTok, carousels, stories, etc.)
Plan and execute shoots
Produce content (filming, editing, copywriting)
Ensure visual and editorial consistency
Maintain a strong publishing cadence

Paid Social Media

Support and help shape paid social strategy (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Develop high-performing creative concepts for campaigns
Own execution and optimization of paid campaigns, directly managing budgets and performance
Analyze performance (ROAS, CPA, conversions) and recommend improvements

Community Management

Manage engagement across platforms
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries
Monitor brand sentiment and manage escalations
Define tone of voice and response standards

Influencer & Partnerships

Identify and manage influencer and creator relationships
Develop creative briefs
Coordinate deliverables and timelines
Track and optimize performance

Collaboration & Agency Management

Act as the main point of contact for external agencies, influencers, etc.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, and product teams
Ensure alignment between organic and paid social

Performance & Analytics

Define and track KPIs
Analyze results and provide insights
Track traffic, conversions, and revenue from social
Continuously optimize strategy

Governance & Brand

Maintain brand voice and guidelines
Ensure consistency across content
Approve all organic content

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in social media
Experience managing paid social campaigns
Proven ability to grow audiences and engagement
Strong content creation skills (video and copywriting)
Experience with analytics tools
Strong analytical mindset
Excellent organizational and collaboration skills
Ability to balance strategy and execution
