The team at Tridont Dental located in Brampton, ON are looking for a passionate, hard-working Office Manager on a Full time basis.

The ideal Office Manager for our team would be excited to develop and implement innovative methods to optimize patient experience, improve the flow of patients into practice, and create working harmonies between the front desk office and dental professional team. This is an opportunity for a strong operational leader who wants to make a meaningful impact.

Financial & Business Performance

Oversee billing, insurance processing, collections, and financial accuracy
Monitor clinic KPIs, productivity, and performance metrics
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient retention, and overall clinic growth
Support treatment acceptance and exceptional patient communication experiences

Patient Experience & Growth

Lead by example in delivering an outstanding patient experience
Ensure operational consistency and high service standards across all patient interactions
Collaborate closely with Regional Leadership to support clinic growth strategies

SCHEDULE:

40 hours per week
5 Days/week: Monday-Friday

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

2 year of experience is required in dental office management or dental administration
Experience with dental practice management software such as Abeldent is considered an asset
Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Customer service mindset
