Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to multitask and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness will be essential in delivering an outstanding experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries promptly.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including Micros POS, while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service as needed, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
Demonstrate strong time management skills by efficiently managing multiple tasks during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change accurately.
Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
