Job Role

Checking submittals, installation, and fabrication drawings for dimensional accuracy to construction documents, constructability and general confirmance to specifications, application of project details, standard operating procedure and engineering application of project details, standard operating procedure and engineering.
Checking for accuracy in installation and fabrication drawings, format, and clarity on detailing deliverables
Attending and assisting client meetings
Providing real time detailing aspect support to client‘s fabrication and erection teams
Initiating and preparing RFI's and follow-up as needed
Working closely with and guiding Techflow production teams operating in India

Job Type

: Full Time, Permanent

**Immediate Joiner would be preferred

Requirements:

Valid Visa for working in Canada
Senior Detailer with Project Management experience of minimum 5 years using Tekla / SDS2
Checker must have a minimum 5 years of work experience in checking
Should have hands on experiences in structural steel detailing for commercial / industrial projects with AISC and CISC standards.
Experience in Structural and Miscellaneous Steel model checking against contract drawings
Knowledge of Bluebeam / IFC will be an added advantage.
Experience in Checking GA & Assembly drawings against contract drawings.
Sound knowledge of AISC, NISD, IBC, CISC and OSHA standards of structural steel detailing.
Knowledge of Tekla API, C++, .Net and advance tool development (will be considered as added advantage)

Software Proficiency Required:

TEKLA / SDS2 and advance checking tools
Sound knowledge of AUTOCAD and Bluebeam software
