Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare services and treatments while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests. Your expertise in skincare, makeup application, and customer service will contribute to enhancing the overall experience of our clients.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, waxing, and makeup application tailored to individual client needs.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and routines to enhance their experience.
Engage with clients to understand their skincare goals and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
Assist with retail sales by promoting products that align with client needs and preferences.
Uphold high standards of guest services by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and addressing any client concerns promptly.
Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized workspace and support overall salon operations.

Qualifications

Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
Experience in sales, particularly in retail or beauty environments, is highly desirable.
Knowledge of guest services and hospitality principles to create an inviting atmosphere for clients.
Familiarity with nail care techniques is a plus.
Ability to sanitize tools and workspaces efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Previous experience in providing product demos or consultations is beneficial.
A passion for skincare, beauty trends, and a commitment to continuous learning in the field.
