ELITE NIGHT SHIFT CLEANER

Premium Restaurant Cleaning | Permanent Overnight Role

Indoor Restore Group – Penticton

We work overnight in Kelowna's top restaurants and we hand back environments that are genuinely spotless — not "good enough." Our clients trust us because we've earned it. THE STANDARD HERE:

We move with certainty. We follow through without compromise. Average doesn't last here — not because we push people out, but because people who take pride in their work naturally rise, and people who don't naturally leave. If you hold yourself to a high standard in everything you do, you'll fit right in.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS Shifts are 3–4 hours. Nights and weekends required. Choose the window that works for your schedule.

12:00 AM Late night

2:00 AM Mid-night

3:00 AM Pre-dawn

4:00 AM Early morning

5:00 AM PAY Morning start

Starting at $21/hr Once training is complete and you're performing at a high standard, your pay goes up. We don't cap good people. We reward them.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

→ Deep cleaning and sanitizing kitchens, bars, bathrooms, and dining rooms to a premium standard

→ Floor care — sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and detailing

→ Dusting fixtures, polishing surfaces, cleaning windows and mirrors

→ Disinfecting high-touch areas and emptying waste → Following structured checklists — the same way, every time → Uploading post-shift photos so quality is verified and your work is documented YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO

→ Shows up on time and does what they said they'd do — every time

→ Holds themselves to a higher standard than most people around them

→ Works well independently and doesn't need to be chased

→ Takes real pride in the quality of their work — even when no one is watching

→ Wants stable, long-term employment with a company that's actually going somewhere
