Simply Grounds is currently looking for talented, motivated individuals to join our growing team for the upcoming season. We are a well-established landscaping company with a strong reputation for providing reliable, professional landscaping services throughout the Niagara Region.

Position Available:

Landscaper / Landscape Labourer

Employment:

Full-time
Year-round employment opportunities available

Top Rates Offered

Compensation will be based on experience, attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Position Overview:

Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, and general lawn care duties
Weeding and cultivating gardens
Pruning shrubs and small trees
Installing mulch, soil, sod, flowers, shrubs, and trees
Assisting with landscape maintenance and construction projects
Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment including:
Lawn mowers
Line trimmers
Hedge trimmers
Blowers
Pruning equipment
Following company policies and safety procedures

Position Requirements:

Valid G driver’s license considered an asset
Landscape experience considered an asset
Knowledge of plants and proper planting practices is an asset
Physically fit and able to lift, bend, kneel, and work outdoors regularly
Comfortable working in various weather conditions
Punctual and dependable
Strong work ethic and self-motivated
Ability to work well with others
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
