Epoxy Floor Installer – Diamond Epoxy Flooring

At Diamond Epoxy Flooring, we're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. If you've worked in flooring, painting, concrete, construction, or any hands-on trade — this could be the perfect fit.

We bring on people who are dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a crew that holds itself to a high standard on every job.

What You'll Do

Prepare concrete surfaces using grinders and vacuums prior to coating application
Apply flake and quartz epoxy systems to residential and commercial floors
Work as part of a crew of 2–4 to deliver professional, high-quality finishes
Follow a clear, proven installation process from surface prep through final coat
Operate and maintain tools and equipment on-site
Represent Diamond Driveways with professionalism on every job

We're Looking For People Who:

Have hands-on experience in a trade or labour-based role (construction, flooring, painting, concrete, etc.)
Are comfortable working on their feet for extended periods — lifting, bending, and moving throughout the day
Are punctual, dependable, and take direction well while contributing to a team
Can adapt quickly to on-site conditions and take ownership of their work
Take pride in a clean, precise finish and understand that details matter
Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation

Pay & Perks

The pay ranges
Seasonal full-time hours from April through November
Performance-based bonuses and room for advancement
Supportive crew environment with experienced leadership
Full on-site training provided — experience preferred but not required
