Senior Bookkeeper – Full-Time

We’re looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join our finance team and play a key role in supporting day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and enabling strategic financial insight. If you are detail-oriented, thrive in a dynamic environment, and have a passion for numbers, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Perform account reconciliation and analysis to resolve discrepancies.
Issue invoices and follow up on collections.
Handle data entry of accounts receivable in QuickBooks Online and Monday.com.
Code and categorize transactions (credit cards, bank accounts, invoices).
Monitor and manage the accounting email, responding to inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
Issue purchase orders in Monday.com
Maintain and update financial dashboards and task boards on Monday.com.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial data and insight for decision-making.

Required Competencies

Proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Analytical mindset with a passion for digging into numbers to uncover trends and insights.
Strong organizational and time-management skills; self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptable; comfortable with change and continuous improvement.
High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills; able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

Diploma, certificate, or degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
Experience with Monday.com or similar task/project management tools is considered an asset.

Work Schedule

Full-time position (Monday to Friday)
Work model: On-site
