Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic, people-oriented, and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Membership Consultant & Coach. This hybrid role combines membership sales, member engagement, coaching, and light operational responsibilities.

Position Overview

As a Membership Consultant & Coach, you will play a key role in growing our membership base, supporting member retention, delivering an outstanding member experience, and coaching group fitness classes.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both fitness coaching and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Sales & Lead Management

Follow up with new leads through phone calls, text messages, email, and social media inquiries.
Book prospects into trial classes and consultations.
Conduct studio tours and membership presentations.
Convert trial members into long-term memberships.
Maintain accurate lead notes and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
Assist with referral campaigns, promotions, and community outreach.

Member Experience & Retention

Welcome new members and provide onboarding support.
Build strong relationships with members and help create a positive studio culture.
Conduct member check-ins and retention follow-ups.
Support studio events and community-building initiatives.

Coaching Responsibilities

Coach F45 group fitness classes according to F45 standards.
Demonstrate exercises and provide movement corrections.
Motivate members and create a high-energy training environment.
Ensure member safety and proper exercise technique.
Assist with class setup and equipment organization.

Studio Operations Support

Assist with daily studio operations and administrative tasks.
Help maintain studio cleanliness and presentation standards.
Support scheduling, communication, and team initiatives as required.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

Required

Passion for health, fitness, and helping people succeed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.
Positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude.
Exemplary Professionalism
Enthusiastic and energetic personality

Strong problem-solving skills and reliable
Commitment to creating a supportive, encouraging and exciting workout environment

Preferred

Group fitness coaching experience.
Personal Training Certification, Group Fitness Certification, or equivalent.
Previous experience in fitness, sales, membership, or customer service roles.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
