Description:

En tant que chargé de projet industriel / amélioration continue, vous devrez utiliser vos compétences en gestion de projet pour coordonner, planifier, exécuter des projets manufacturiers et/ou logistiques industriels en vous assurant que les règles en santé & sécurité soient respectées et que les risques soient éliminés.

responsabilités:

Promouvoir une culture d’amélioration continue en s’appuyant sur les techniques de résolution des problèmes ainsi que les concepts Kaizen, « Six Sigma », « Lean », « Design Thinking » et Agile.
Mettre en œuvre des projets d’améliorations
Définir et contrôler l'évolution, les étapes clés et les points de contrôle du projet et en effectuer le suivi.
Être responsable de l'exécution globale de vos projets, initiation jusqu’à livraison.
Assumer la responsabilité du budget pour des projets d’envergure allant jusqu’à 1Million.
Assumer la responsabilité du calendrier
Être responsable de l’investissement et du remplacement de machine/équipement obsolète au sein de la fabrication.
Fournir une justification financière (Business case) et technique pour la définition et fonctionnement du projet
Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires, et ce, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur du service.
Travailler avec des gestionnaires des ressources

Qualifications:

Baccalauréat en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe.
Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet industriel
Certification PMP, PMI-ACP (atout)
Connaissance des activités de logistique
Certification Six Sigma Ceinture Verte (atout)

Must Have Skills:

Lean manufacturing : 5S
Gestion de projet
Bonnes aptitudes à communiquer

Nice to Have Skills:

Connaissance des stratégies en gestion du changement
Déjà évolué dans un milieu syndiqué
Expérience dans une transformation d'usine : projets d'améliorations.

Description:

Responsibilities:

Promote a culture of continuous improvement based on problem-solving techniques as well as Kaizen, “Six Sigma”, “Lean”, “Design Thinking” and Agile concepts.
Implement improvement projects
Define and control the progress, key stages and control points of the project and monitor them.
Be responsible for the overall execution of your projects, from initiation to delivery.
Assume responsibility for the budget for large-scale projects of up to 1Million.
Assume responsibility for the schedule
Be responsible for the investment and replacement of obsolete machines/equipment within manufacturing.
Provide a financial (Business case) and technical justification for the definition and operation of the project
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, both inside and outside the department.
Work with resource managers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management
PMP, PMI-ACP certification (asset)
Knowledge of logistics activities
Six Sigma Green Belt certification (asset)

Must Have Skills:

Lean manufacturing: 5S
Project management
Good communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

Knowledge of change management strategies
Already evolved in a unionized environment
Experience in a factory transformation: improvement projects.
