Dirigé par le célèbre chef Antonio Park, le Restaurant Park est un pilier d'excellence sur la scène gastronomique montréalaise depuis 2014, en transformant la cuisine traditionnelle japonaise et coréenne par l'intégration d'essences nord et sud-américaines dans chaque plat.

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) plongeur(se) qui devra maintenir la propreté et l'efficacité opérationnelle de notre espace de travail culinaire. Vos principales responsabilités consistent à assurer un approvisionnement régulier en vaisselle, verres et ustensiles propres pour le personnel de cuisine et de service, ainsi qu'à gérer le flux continu de vaisselle sale à nettoyer.

Responsabilités :

Veiller à ce qu'il y ait toujours suffisamment de vaisselle, de verres et d'ustensiles propres.
Collecter la vaisselle, les assiettes et les ustensiles usagés.
Charger et décharger les machines à laver
Empiler les articles lavés de manière appropriée
ssainir, nettoyer et organiser l'espace cuisine.
Vider les poubelles et les bacs de recyclage.

Exigences :

Parler anglais ou français et être âgé de 18 ans ou plus.
Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à l'organisation
Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à rester calme et professionnel dans un environnement où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide.
Flexibilité pour travailler sur différents quarts de travail, y compris les week-ends, les soirs et les jours fériés.
Une expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire est requise.

We are currently looking for a dishwasher where you will have to to maintain the cleanliness and operational efficiency of our culinary workspace. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes, glasses, and utensils for the kitchen and service staff, as well as managing the seamless flow of dirty dishes for cleaning.

Responsabilities :

Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils
Collect used dishes, plates and utensils
Load and unload washing machines
Stack washed items appropriately
Sanitize, clean and organize the kitchen area
Empty garbage and recycling bins

Requirements :

Must speak English or French and be 18 years or older
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
Work experience in a similar position is required
