Job Type: Full-Time

Role Summary:

We're seeking a motivated Heavy-Duty Parts Clerk/Advisor to assist customers, manage inventory, and process sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers (in-person, phone, email) with parts identification, provide expert advice, and process sales for heavy-duty trucks/trailers.
Manage inventory: receive, stock, conduct counts, and maintain an organized parts department.
Handle order processing, invoicing, and customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate records and stay updated on heavy-duty parts knowledge.
Perform various billing tasks (AR/AP, etc...)

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in a parts role, preferably with heavy-duty trucks/trailers.
Strong knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle systems and components.
Proficient with electronic parts catalogs and inventory systems.
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift/move moderately heavy items.
High school diploma or equivalent.
