Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional food and service. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality, while inspiring your team to achieve excellence in a dynamic culinary environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and food service personnel
Oversee food preparation, ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality standards are met
Develop and implement innovative menus that align with brand standards and customer preferences
Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs effectively
Lead by example in cooking techniques, food handling, and serving practices
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and professional growth
Coordinate with restaurant management to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences
Monitor kitchen operations to optimize efficiency and productivity while maintaining a positive work environment

Experience

Proven experience as an Executive Chef at fast-paced, fine-dining restaurant
Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food service management
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
Strong knowledge of restaurant management principles, including food safety standards and kitchen operations
Hands-on experience with food handling procedures and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and safety
Experience leading teams of over 30 employee
Familiarity with serving standards within a high-volume dining environment
