Diligence Wealth Management – Manulife Wealth

Diligence Wealth Management is looking for an ambitious, competitive, and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Junior Financial Advisor / Investment Advisor Trainee.

This is not an internship or administrative position. It is a long-term career opportunity for someone interested in building a future in wealth management, financial advising, investing, and business development.

You will work directly under the mentorship of a senior advisor who has built one of the most established Manulife Wealth advisory practices in Canada.

No previous wealth management experience is required.

What You’ll Learn

Wealth management and financial advising
Investment analysis and portfolio construction
Client relationship management
Retirement and long-term wealth strategies
Business development and prospecting
How successful advisors build and grow their practice

You will gain real-world exposure by observing client meetings, portfolio discussions, and advisor strategy sessions.

Over time, successful candidates transition toward building and managing their own client relationships and advisory practice.
