Job Overview

Embark on an exciting journey as a Field Service Technician, where you will be the vital link between our innovative equipment and our valued clients. Your energetic and proactive approach will ensure that machinery operates smoothly, repairs are completed efficiently, and customer satisfaction is maximized. This role offers a dynamic environment filled with opportunities to develop technical expertise, troubleshoot complex systems, and deliver exceptional service in diverse settings. Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional attitude.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal staff.
Install, commission, and test Durma and TECOI CNC machines.
Provide operator training and programmer training.
Perform preventive maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC control issues.
Perform onsite and remote technical support.
Accurately document service work, machine conditions, and recommendations.
Complete service reports and weekly documentation in a timely and organized manner.
Assist senior field service technicians on larger installations and service projects.
Follow Access Machinery, Durma, and TECOI procedures and safety standards.
Work independently with minimal supervision after training.

Experience

Proven experience in mechanical or electrical troubleshooting within industrial or commercial environments is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, or related technical fields preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel frequently to various client locations across Canada.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Prior experience with diagnostic tools, hand tools, power tools and equipment installation is a plus.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members across diverse settings.

Qualification

Electromechanical Engineering Diploma/Advanced Diploma
Mechanical Engineering Diploma
