What’s the Role?

This is a hybrid role combing Marketing Coordinator and Office Admin Assistant, with a clear priority to generate quality leads and strengthen our brand presence.

What You’ll Do:

Marketing Growth & Lead Generation:

Create and publish high-quality social media posts and short-form content for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn
Use AI-assisted tools to generate and refine content
Support lead generation campaigns (promos, seasonal pushes, service spotlights, review-driven content)
Create and launch exciting marketing campaigns across Google, website, social media, emails, events, and more!
Dive into market trends and keep an eye on the competition to fuel our strategies.
Plan and coordinate fun promotional events to spread the word about Mr Swirl!

Office Duties:

Be the friendly voice on the phone and respond to online inquiries like a pro.
Organize and coordinate appointments and projects.
Lend a hand with administrative tasks—data entry, filing, etc.
Help maintain a warm and organized office environment where everyone feels welcomed.

What You Bring:

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or something similar (preferred).
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
Proven skills in marketing and office management.
Proficiency in marketing software (think CRM and social media tools).
2+ years of customer service or administrative experience.
Experience with scheduling or dispatching (service industry preferred)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A solid understanding of SEO and web development.
Skills in software like Divi Elegant, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and WordPress.
Top-notch organizational skills and an eye for detail!
