Painter Foreman
Experienced Painter

Positions Available:

1. Painter Foreman

Hourly Wage: $35−$38 per hour + Bonuses
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise painting crews on residential and commercial projects.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Communicate with clients, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Train and mentor less experienced painters.
Manage materials, equipment, and job site safety.
Requirements:
5+ years of painting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

2. Experienced Painter

Hourly Wage: $24-$33 per hour + Bonuses
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare surfaces (e.g., sanding, patching, priming) and apply paint, stain, and finishes.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist the Foreman in leading crews and training helpers as needed.
Requirements:
3-5+ years of professional painting experience.
Proficiency with painting tools, techniques, and materials.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
