Assistant Manager – Private Physiotherapy Clinic (NW Calgary)
Experienced Front Desk Lead / Clinic Coordinator Ready for the Next Step?

We’re hiring an experienced Assistant Manager and driven to join our fast-paced private physiotherapy clinic in NW Calgary.

This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in a private physiotherapy or rehabilitation clinic and is ready to step into (or further develop) a leadership position. You understand the pace, expectations, and patient care standards of a private clinic environment—and you’re excited to help elevate both the patient experience and clinic operations. This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone can contribute to the team and elevate patient experience.

If you naturally take ownership, lead by example, and know how to keep a clinic running smoothly, this role is for you.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 1 PM-9 PM
1 Saturday/month

Key Responsibilities:

Lead front desk operations and daily clinic flow
Support patient care coordinators
Maintain accurate reporting, call logs, and data entry
Deliver an exceptional patient experience from first contact to follow-up
Manage scheduling for efficiency and full caseloads
Handle insurance verification, billing coordination, and patient onboarding
Support patients in committing to care plans
Guide team members and support day-to-day operations
Positive leadership (providing team support, lead by example and motivation)
Maintain organization, reporting, and clinic standards

Qualifications & Skills:

Friendly, confident, and professional presence
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership mindset with a willingness to take ownership
Have experience in a private physiotherapy or similar clinic (min 2 years)
Have taken initiative or held lead/ senior admin responsibilities
Are confident managing a busy front desk independently
Understand insurance + patient billing workflows
Ability to guide, support, and motivate team members
Are organized, fast, and solution-oriented
Show up early to shift, reliable, and ready to lead
Have a positive mindset and outlook
Want a long-term role with growth
Want to make an impact

Assets:

MOA certification or similar
Experience with EMR systems (practice perfect)
Able to start immediately
