We are seeking a motivated member to join our Service Advisor team for our Audi Mississauga Airport and its accompanying Audi Mississauga Mavis operations. Position Summary:

As Service Advisor, you will be responsible for greeting and checking in service customers, ensuring accurate and professional repair order write-ups. You will assist with internal vehicle write-ups as needed and provide timely updates to clients throughout the day regarding vehicle status and repairs. Your role includes collecting payments upon service completion and facilitating a smooth checkout process. Additionally, you will handle overflow inbound service appointment calls for both locations and make outbound calls related to Special Order Return (SOR) parts, upcoming or missed service appointments, first-time service follow-ups, and service leads to generate additional revenue opportunities. Delivering excellent customer service and follow-through, both in-person and over the phone, is essential to this role.

Duties:

Meet and greet customers and customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner
Inspect vehicle and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customer’s service needs
Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements
Provide accurate cost and time of completion estimates for the services recommended, communicate, and get proper authorization from customers
Liaise with Shop Foreman and Service Technicians on work orders and requirements.
Check on progress of services to vehicles throughout the day and contact customer to communicate and receive approval regarding any changes in the cost-estimate, promised time of delivery or recommended services
Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer warranty guidelines
Confirm service appointments by telephone the day before the customer is scheduled to arrive and conduct post-repair follow up
Inspect vehicles prior to each customer delivery to ensure vehicles services and/or repairs are performed correctly and communicate the results with the customer
Demonstrates behaviours to ensure that each customer encounter is consistent with the Bramgate Promise of consistent Easy, Efficient and Enjoyable interactions with at all times.
Creates an environment where customers are regularly apprised of the current situation.
Takes the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles.
Understands the customer service measurements used in the Audi network.
Identifies, recommends, and supports opportunities for methods/process improvement.
Complete customer surveys. Maintain a customer follow-up system with all customers to confirm satisfaction with their service experience.
Identifies repeat customers and treats them accordingly.
Perform various clerical and administrative duties.
Organize, maintain, and coordinate Company records and files in their proper locations.
Where necessary, assist in the compilation of data for various reports.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Other duties as required.

Requirements

High school diploma or post-secondary courses.
3-5 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury automotive environment.
Cashier experience.
Automotive workshop process and product knowledge.
Previous experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software an asset.
Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (including computer literacy).
Strong customer service skills. Ability to negotiate and sell.
Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Email, Excel and Word.
Able to organize and maintain files and basic database.
Ability to work individually and part of a team.
Willing to learn more as a part of further personal development.
Valid G driver's license.
