Overview
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and become a vital contributor to patient wellness and recovery. In this role, you will deliver personalized massage therapy treatments that promote healing, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being. Duties

Perform professional massage therapy treatments including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual patient needs
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify areas of concern, develop treatment plans, and track progress
Educate patients on pain management strategies, occupational health practices, and self-care techniques to support ongoing wellness
Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and optimize treatment outcomes
Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all patients by adhering to hygiene protocols and clinic policies
Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance your expertise

Experience

Valid registration as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) or Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with the appropriate licensing body
Proven experience in patient service delivery within a clinical or med spa setting, with a focus on pain management and physiotherapy techniques
Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy practice
Hands-on experience performing deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic modalities
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate treatment benefits effectively
Familiarity with occupational health principles and best practices for workplace wellness programs is preferred
Prior experience working in a med spa or similar environment is advantageous but not required
