Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist to join our very busy clinic. In this role, you will deliver exceptional therapeutic massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through personalized treatment plans, utilizing your deep understanding of physiology and anatomy. Duties

Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to individual client needs
Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop customized treatment plans that address specific concerns such as pain management or occupational health issues
Utilize your knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments
Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate self-care practices for ongoing wellness
Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean, sanitized, and welcoming environment
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or specialists when necessary to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on patient assessment and personalized care plans
Skilled in various massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities for pain relief
Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is preferred
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment
