Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our Wing'n it family. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cooking, with a strong focus on food safety and quality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to specifications, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations
Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and sanitation
Support meal preparation for special events or catering as needed

Experience

Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation standards
Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations in the food industry
Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen setting is advantageous
Strong understanding of meal preparation and food safety practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to details
