Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Case Manager to join our growing team. The successfu2take to submission, ensuring all documentation is complete, maintaining regular communication with clients, and supporting the immigration consultants throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of immigration files from client intake through application submission.
Review client documents for completeness and accuracy.
Prepare document checklists and follow up with clients for outstanding requirements.
Draft immigration forms, cover letters, and supporting documentation under the supervision of the immigration consultant.
Maintain accurate electronic client records and update the case management system.
Monitor file progress and ensure internal and IRCC deadlines are met.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person regarding application updates.
Coordinate with translators, educational institutions, employers, medical clinics, and other third-party service providers when required.
Maintain confidentiality of all client information and company records.
Support the team with administrative and operational tasks as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in immigration, legal, administrative, or case management is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Language Requirements

English is required.
Punjabi and/or Hindi is considered a strong asset.
