Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, strong time management skills, and a passion for hospitality. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while delivering memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bar and dining spaces
Restock supplies as needed and assist with setup for events or special occasions
Follow all food industry regulations and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Experience

Previous restaurant experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a hospitality setting
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
Experience with food industry operations, including serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal requirements

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in a team-oriented environment. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine desire to enhance guest experiences.

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
