Reinforcing Ironworker Foreman – (Victoria, British Columbia)

We are currently seeking experienced experienced Foremen to join our growing team in Victoria and surrounding areas, British Columbia, for major infrastructure, commercial, and high-rise projects.

What You’ll Do

Supervise and lead reinforcing ironworker crews on site
Read and interpret structural drawings and blueprints
Coordinate daily tasks with site superintendents and project managers
Ensure quality control and productivity targets are met
Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies
Organize materials, manpower, and equipment requirements
Train and mentor crew members when required
Plan and supervise work for crews
Oversee QC, safety and productivity of installations

What You Bring

Minimum 4 years reinforcing ironworker experience
Previous foreman or supervisory experience required
Strong knowledge of reinforcing steel installation practices
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Journeyman certificate, issued in Canada, or a Red Seal certificate as a reinforcing ironworker is considered an asset.

Wage: $39 - $42/hour. Overtime may be available based on project needs and will be paid in accordance with applicable employment standards.
