Description de l'emploi

Lucille's Mont-Tremblant recherche actuellement un Chef de cuisine, un Chef de production, des cuisinier(ères) et des plongeur(ses) fiables et efficaces, pour se joindre à notre brigade en cuisine et ainsi contribuer au maintien d'un niveau de qualité élevé.

Responsabilités :

Assurer la préparation, la cuisson et le dressage des plats selon les standards de l’établissement
Participer à la mise en place et à l’organisation des postes de travail
Maintenir la propreté de la cuisine, incluant la vaisselle, les équipements et les surfaces
Respecter rigoureusement les normes d’hygiène, de salubrité et de sécurité alimentaire
Collaborer avec l’équipe pour assurer un service fluide et efficace
Appliquer les procédures et standards de l’établissement

Chef de Cuisine Responsabilités :

Surveiller les coûts alimentaires et assurer le respect des directives bugdétaires
Préparer des rapports sur les activités de la cuisine, notamment les performances, les coûts et les normes de qualité
Gérer les questions relatives au personnel et participer au processus de recrutement
Contribuer aux differentes tâches nécessaires au bon déroulement des opérations

Exigences

Expérience pertinente acquise dans un restaurant à forte fréquentation ou un environnement similaire
La connaissance de l'anglais est un atout afin de faciliter la communication avec certains membres de l'équipe
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en travail d'équipe
Connaissances en matière de sécurité alimentaire (un atout)
Autorisé à travailler au Canada

Chef de Cuisine exigences:

Au moins 3 ans d'experience dans un environnement culinaire à fort volume dans un rôle de gestion
Diplome culinaire d'un établissement agréé (un atout)
Connaissance des reglementations en matiere de securité alimentaire et d'hygiene
Excellantes aptitudes en matière de leadership et de gestion d'equipe
Bonne maîtrise du francaise et anglaise requise afin d'assurer une communication efficace avec l'ensemble de la brigade de cuisine, les fournisseurs et, au besoin, la clientèle anglophone, dans un environnement touristique à fort achalandage.

Conformément à la Charte de la langue française, toute exigence linguistique est liée aux besoins réels du poste et aux tâches à accomplir.

Lucille's Mont-Tremblant is currently seeking a reliable and efficient Head chef, Production Chef, cooks, and dishwashers to join our kitchen team and help maintain our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities :

Prepare, cook, and plate dishes in accordance with the establishment’s standards
Assist with setting up and organizing workstations
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including dishes, equipment, and surfaces
Strictly adhere to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Follow the establishment’s procedures and standards

Head chef responsibilities:

Monitor food costs and ensure compliance with budget guidelines in the kitchen
Prepare reports on kitchen activities, including performace, costs and quality standards
Handle staffing issues and participate in hiring process
Contributing to various tasks necessary for the smooth running of operations

Requirements :

Relevant experience in a high-volume restaurant or similar environment
Knowledge of English is an asset to facilitate communication with certain members of the team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of food safety (an asset)
Authorized to work in Canada

Head Chef requirements:

Minimum 3 years exp in a high-volume culinary environment or management role
Culinarey degree from an accredidte institution (an asset)
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
