Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager (RGM) / Multi-Unit Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of food service operations, team management, and food safety standards. The RGM will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high-quality food and service standards, and driving business growth across all assigned units.

Duties

Lead and manage daily restaurant operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in service quality and food standards
Supervise and motivate staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating team members to foster a high-performance work environment
Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling procedures
Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and health regulations
Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall restaurant performance
Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to maintain positive relationships
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates on company policies

Experience

Proven supervising experience in the food service or hospitality industry with a strong background in restaurant management
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order management and cash handling
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management, interviewing, and training staff
Background in food safety standards and regulations within the food industry or restaurant environment
Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required; hospitality background is highly valued
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
Experience managing multiple units or locations is preferred but not mandatory
