What You’ll Do

As a Barista at En Chimnies, you’ll do much more than make coffee—you’ll help create an unforgettable experience for every guest.

Coffee

Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages.
Dial in espresso and maintain consistent coffee quality throughout the day.
Steam milk confidently and create clean, beautiful latte art.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient coffee station.

Guest Experience

Deliver warm, genuine, and memorable customer service.
Recommend drinks and desserts that fit each guest.
Help create the welcoming atmosphere En Chimnies is known for.

Creativity & Innovation

Stay up to date with the latest café, coffee, and social media trends.
Help develop exciting seasonal drinks and limited-time specials.
Experiment with new flavours, ingredients, and presentation.
Create beverages that surprise guests and become social media favourites.
Bring fresh ideas that keep our menu exciting and unique.

Teamwork

Prepare our signature Chimney Cakes and desserts when needed.
Support teammates throughout the store—we work as one team.
Thrive during busy service while maintaining exceptional quality.
